Glass materials from approximately 0.1–5.0 mm can be cut into square, round and custom shapes. Diamond cutting is used for precision sizing, with dimensional tolerances down to ±0.05 mm for suitable designs.
Dual-axis CNC machining supports edge grinding, chamfering, drilling, slots and custom profiles. C-edge, R-edge, 2.5D curved edges and complex structural features can be processed with tolerances down to ±0.05 mm for suitable parts.
A 10-stage purified-water ultrasonic cleaning process helps remove oil, dust, particles and processing residues before strengthening, printing, coating or other precision manufacturing steps.
Chemical strengthening improves glass surface strength through ion exchange. Reference performance includes CS >450 MPa and DOL >8 μm for soda-lime glass, and CS >650 MPa with DOL >40 μm for selected high-alumina silicate glass.
Thermal tempering is available for suitable glass from approximately 2.0 mm thickness. The minimum reference tempering size is 75 × 75 mm, depending on glass type, dimensions and finished-part requirements.
Automated silk-screen printing supports borders, logos, icons, masking areas and functional graphics. Multi-layer printing, ceramic ink, IR ink, metallic ink and UV-resistant ink options are available for different applications.
Controlled UV curing and convection baking help stabilize printed inks and improve adhesion to the glass surface. Printing adhesion can be verified using a cross-cut test with a reference requirement of ≥4B according to ASTM D3359.

Finished glass undergoes visual and dimensional inspection for scratches, bubbles, color variation, edge quality, surface condition and specified requirements. Production quality control can include 100% visual inspection and AQL 0.65 sampling.
Finished glass can be protected with PE film, vacuum-sealed packaging, EPE cushioning and reinforced cartons or wooden cases to reduce scratches, moisture exposure, vibration and shipment damage.
