Produce cover glass with unique selling point

Now in the glass manufacturing industry, especially for the small glass manufacturing enterprises, we must vigorously develop our own unique selling point, to survive in the global competition.

What we need to develop a unique product are not expensive equipment and highly educated technical experts, because a vast majority of small enterprises can’t afford the expensive equipment, which costs tens of millions yuan and the highly educated talent is often favored by the big enterprises or state-owned enterprises.

About the product, since we have no strength in trade parity or price, then what can we do?

But when we start to investigate the needs of customers, we found that after the installation, the compression test demand is B, higher than the industrial high standard A we usually used.

Through constantly thinking and trying, our products achieve standard B after the installation, and a cover glass that meets to customer’s requirements is produced.

This problem comes to a demand.

All the products are in the pursuit of a good user experience, so does the industrial control industry. As we all know that large enterprises or well-known brands have been to explore the user’s experience. In fact, it is to find out customer problems and needs.

Only to meet the requirements of our existing customers is not enough. If we just only meet customers’ requirements, then before long, we will fall into the quagmire of price competition.

That is, if only passive to meet customer’s requirements, the final result can only be the price of the war, which made us exhausted.

What else can we do?

The answer is to take the initiative. Work hard to obtain customers’, the entire glass industry and the social satisfactions.

The same product can’t blindly use the old method or old craft.

The first step is taking the initiative to understand the customer and the difficult questions they are faced. Led by the problem to seek the solution, innovative unique products are naturally ripe.

Be prepared for danger in times of safety. Prepare the new products for the new market. As the Chinese ancient words, if you are poor, change will help you. And change to pass, long general. This is the eternal truth, which is suit for life, product and company operation.
