Gelivable decided to use AG glass materials made in USA since 2014, it has witnessed the hard work of the team in business development from glass promotion to customer recognition of glass quality. When talking about the delivery time, although customers can understand the long journey from US to shenzhen, and they cannot wait for three months (production time + delivery time). Some customers even quit ordering due to so long time. It was another major issue Gelivable faced.
But in order to ensure the quality of AG glass products, our chairman Mr.Lv made an important decision at the end of 2016: stocking! Keep common specifications of 1.1mm ~ 4.0mm thickness AG glass materials in stock. Although this decision has caused Gelivable to face severe cash flow problems, we decided to have a try in order to solve the delivery time problem.
In the past three years, we have kept common specifications in stock, which has shortened the delivery cycle and saved the cycle of etching AG processing, starting directly from the cutting of raw materials. It even leads to a faster delivery time than domestic AG manufacturers. The bulk import of raw materials greatly saves logistics costs, as well.With the guarantee of product quality and the shortened delivery period, more and more customers are willing to provide forecast orders to allow Gelivable to prepare raw materials in advance.
