We began to develop anti-glare glass cover for a Japanese enterprise to replace glass cover made in Japan, since the second half of 2008. With assistance of the customer and cooperated partners, we successfully realized mass production of the project in Jan, 2009. At that time, owing to the customer’s booming ATM business, Gelivable survived from the crisis. We discovered that Gelivable has been one of the AG glass industry pioneers in China, when we got a foothold from fierce competition soon afterwards.

Since 2011, with the glass cover application’sextending, Gelivable has successively undertaken the glass cover business for consumer electronics products, such as Japan Toshiba Tablet PC and Japan DOCOMO Mobile Phone. As sales went well, Gelivable executives saw the shortcomings of consumer electronics market demand and team genes, and weclearly realized that we would be better at the industrial field. Therefore, Gelivable resolutely adjusted its development focus to industrial control, finance, medical and other fields, and graduallyreduced the consumer electronics industry business.

In the following 2014, Gelivable further determined its strategy and positioned its main business in the segment market of AGglass. It seems to be a cycle: first contacted with AG glass in 2008, and then triedvarious glass cover in the middle five years, last back to the business starting point AG glass. Certainly, Gelivable had a more professional ability in product and customers’ serving after five years’ struggling.

Gelivable set up sales office and production base separately in Baoan Shenzhen and Dongguan for now. Business offices are also established in Japan and South Korea to meet the needs of local customers.
