December indicates the pass of 2014.  All Kanou staff gather at conference room to hold annual summary meeting. It is a occasion to review this year and make a comparison with last year Let’s spend several minutes to get a overview of Kanou Group from following aspects.

1. Considerable revenue growth

From Jan. to Nov. , we archieve sales target in advance. Comparing with last year, the growth is 277.7% . It is joint effort of every staff. We are very happy.

2. More diverse product range

This year,we make cooperation with many companies in different field. Such as: Wearable watch startup company, High-end medical device company, Innovative toilet remote control, Private Jet manufacturer. Access control system company, smart home device company, etc. We produce many customized cover glass for every client around the world.

3.More mature management system

We set up three different horizontal organization, that is: KingKong Optoelectronic Team, Passion Elite Team and Development Team They cover all staff. The vertical and horizontal organizations both develop well. Apart from that, we also establish Reading Club, Technology Club, Kanou Fund, 6S Committee, ISO quality control Committee, Budget Committee and Staff credits Committee. These organizations hold abundant and diverse performance and activity for all staff.
